Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of obsessive-compulsive disorder in ICD-10, no psychotropic drugs had been taken before admission; 2. aged 16-50 years, right-handed, and above junior high school education; 3. The total score of Y-BOCS was more than 16, the total score of HAMD24 less than 20, the total score of HAMA less than 14.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those with schizophrenia, mood disorders or other Axis I mental disorders; 2. those with serious physical diseases, brain organic diseases or mental retardation; 3. those with drug dependence or psychoactive substance users; 4. those who are contraindicated by magnetic resonance examination.
