Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient aged over 18 years old; (2) Patients with ischemic stroke confirmed by head CT and/or MRI according to the 2010 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China; (3) Patients admitted to hospital within 24 hours after onset; (4) According to more than the best cut-off point of END risk prediction model, indentified patients with high risk.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other serious diseases, such as grade 2 or above of cardiac function; (2) Patients with severe liver, kidney and lung diseases or malignant tumors; (3) Patients with massive cerebral infarction; (4) Patients with transient ischemic attack who received intravenous tissue plasminogen activator or intravascular drug therapy were excluded; (5) With a clear history of mental illness.
