Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with heart failure discharged from the hospital. The diagnostic criteria refers to 2018 Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in China: (1) diagnostic criteria for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction: 1) Symptoms and signs of typical heart failure; 2) NT-proBNP=125 ng/L or BNP=35 ng/L; 3) Echocardiography has abnormal cardiac structure and / or function, LVEF <40%; (2) diagnostic criteria for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction: 1) Symptoms and signs of typical heart failure; 2) LVEF = 50%; 3) Evidence of the presence of structural heart disease (eg, left ventricular hypertrophy, left atrial enlargement) and/or diastolic dysfunction; 4) Echocardiographic examination has no severe valvular heart disease, and exclude pericardial disease, congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, etc.; (3) diagnostic criteria for heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction: 1) Symptoms and signs of typical heart failure; 2) 40% = LVEF <50%; 3) Evidence of the presence of structural heart disease (eg, left ventricular hypertrophy, left atrial enlargement) and/or diastolic dysfunction; 4) Echocardiographic examination has no severe valvular heart disease, and exclude pericardial disease, congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete systolic blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, blood sodium, age, heart rate, ethnicity, and COPD history at admission; 2) Severe infection of the whole body; 3) Postoperative malignant tumor (solid tumor or hematological tumor) or malignant tumor; 4) Immune diseases, cachexia, pregnant women; 5) Ultrasound images unable to show in detail.
