Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged greater than or equal to 18 years old; (2) Diagnosis of lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer or breast cancer, cancer staging for metastatic cancer; (3) The patients first come to the clinic for the purpose of seeking symptoms management (single or complex)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Communication difficulties; Language barriers; Writing difficulties; (2) Severe cognitive impairment; Organic brain injury; Dementia; (3) Inability to commit to the follow-up assessment
