Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Collecting data on diabetes patients from the Eighth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University and the Social Health Center from 2019 to 2020, collecting fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum insulin, blood lipids, insulin-related antibodies, C-peptide and other indicators, and distributing the Diabetes Distress Scale ( DDS-17), patients with an average score of = 3 were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who reported serious suicidal ideation or were considered to have major depression requiring special and/or hospitalized psychiatric treatment; (2) current use of antipsychotics or mood stabilizers under the supervision of a psychiatrist , diagnosed as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, or positive for screening through cognitive impairment; (3) special type of diabetes; (4) pregnancy or lactation; (5) cardiovascular events in the past 12 months; 6) end-stage renal disease; (7) suffering from a malignant tumor or a life-threatening disease.
