Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old = age = 75 years old; 2. Preoperative enhanced chest CT was used to diagnose pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma. 3. Preoperative imaging evaluation showed that the patients had the feasibility of pulmonary lobectomy + systemic lymph node sampling / dissection, sublobectomy + systemic lymph node sampling / dissection to achieve R0 resection; 4. ASA score I and III before operation; 5. The data of disease and preoperative condition were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking cessation time < 2 weeks. 2. Multiple tumors of the lung. 3. History of chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 4. Pulmonary fibrosis or severe emphysema with interstitial pneumonia. 5. Patients with surgical contraindications.
