Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the 2015 standard for the study of PD in the prodrome of MDS, the possibility of PD in the prodrome was calculated by prior probability (prevalence of predrome in all ages), various disease risk factors and LR of prodrome markers. The probability is between 30-80% for possible prodrome patients, and more than 80% for probable prodrome patients. According to the results of our previous population study of 1191 cases, the population larger than 30% accounts for about 2.5% of the investigated population. We screened out 200 cases of possible prodromal patients with good compliance, no metal, and dentures, and were able to complete the multi-mode MRI test. We estimated that at least 20,000 people needed to be investigated.
