Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 or older male and female; (2) ASA I to III; (3) To be able to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have an allergic history of anesthetics and meet non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, dexmedetomidine drug contraindications; (2) Unable to cooperate with those who can not communicate and have neuropsychiatric diseases; (3) With severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, serious endocrine disease, cerebrovascular diseases; (4) preoperative respiratory infection and asthma.
