Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older; 2. Patients with suspected pulmonary nodule; 3. Bronchial lavage undergoing for diagnostic purpose of lung cancer; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling or contradict to have a bronchoscopy; 2. Patients with respiratory failure; 3. Patients with pregnancy.
