Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. The estimated length of hospital stay in the ICU was > for 24 hours; 3. Suspected sepsis patient (SIRS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with diseases that have obvious effects on the level of biomarkers, such as malignant tumors, blood diseases, HIV, continued use of immunosuppressive agents within the last 6 months, or organ transplantation, continuous use of hormones for the first 7 days before enrollment, which were converted into methylprednisolone dose 20mg/ day, cardiogenic shock, parathyroid dysfunction and end-stage renal disease, etc.
