Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lung cancer patients receive VATS, aged 18-70 years, ASA I-III, surgery time>1h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have receive lobectomy/radiation theraphy/ chemotheraphy before; who are having infection or taking immunosuppressive drug; BMI30, liver/kidney/respiratory failure; severe complication during surgery, e.g. massive blood loss, heart arrest...patients or his/her relatives refuse to join in.
