Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing flexible bronchoscopy in sedated patients; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I-III; 3. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathies; 2. History of nasopharyngeal surgery,nose bleeding; 3. Nasal tissue hyperplasia; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Intolerance or allergy to the study drug; 6. Severe heart disease or pulmonary disease; 7. SPO2 = 30.
