17 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 17-75 years old; 2. Preoperative biochemical and imaging findings confirmed the presence of common bile duct stones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing acute pancreatitis; 2. Previously undergone ERCP-related procedures; 3. Presence of intrahepatic duct stones, distal bile duct Strictures or malignant biliary obstruction; 4. Coagulopathy, platelet count <50,000/mL or anticoagulation therapy within a week.
