Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus; 2. Diabetic keratopathy with symptoms and/or signs, with corneal epithelial damage (using neurotrophic keratitis classification: grade 1: punctate keratopathy, rough corneal epithelium, abnormal tear film; grade 2: persistent corneal epithelial defect; grade 3: corneal ulcer, dissolution, perforation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active ocular infections; 2. patients with fundus diseases that need treatment; 3. patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. patients with other acute diseases; 5. participants in other drug trials; 6. Researchers believe that there are other reasons not suitable for inclusion.
