Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis for the first time and without tracheobronchial tuberculosis; 2. Be conscious and fluent in speech, with compliance to the treatment; 3. Give voluntary, signed informed consent in accordance with institutional policies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Irreversible contraindications of bronchoscopic examinations; 2. Asymptomatic inactive tuberculosis; 3. Comorbidities of the cardiovascular, liver, renal and hematopoietic system, psychiatric disorders and other medical, psychosocial, or emotional conditions that adversely affect life quality; 4. Currently participation in other interventional clinical trials.
