Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 oligomenorrhea (35 days) or amenorrhea (= 6 months); 2 high serum testosterone level or clinical manifestations (hairy or acne); or transabdominal ultrasound suggesting polycystic ovary (ovarian 2-9 mm follicle =12, or ovarian volume 0.5 × length × width × height (cm) =10 cm3) ; 3 excluding hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, CAH, hyperprolactinemia and secretion of androgen tumors; 4 letrozole induced ovulation failure = 3 times; 5 20-40 years old; 6 having fertility needs; 7 BMI=30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ALT =100IU/L or TBIL =40µmol/L; 2 serum creatinine >133µmol/L; 3 other organs function failure; 4 malignant tumors history; 5 allergies; 6 have a history of mental illness or a history of drug/alcohol addiction; 7 participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
