Conditions

Pulmonary Hypertension

Interventions

experimental group:Three cycles of lower limb ischemia (in excess of the 30mmhg pressure of the brachial artery) and 5 minutes of reperfusion were performed every day with an inflatable cuff.
control group:Using an inflatable cuff for three cycles of 5 minutes of lower limb compression (at 40mmhg pressure) and 5 minutes of no pressure binding.
