Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) dialysis at least six months, achieve stable dialysis; (2) Aged =18 years; (3) Volunteer to participate in this study; (4) have a smart phone; (5) lower limb movement barrier.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe cognitive, hearing and visual impairment; (2) unstable condition does not cooperate with the investigation; (3) central and peripheral nervous system diseases; (4) complicated with serious complications, such as angina pectoris, heart failure, serious infection, malignant tumor, etc.; (5) have regular exercise.
