Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years; 2. ASA physical classification system status of I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative resting pulse oxygen saturation on room air, < 90%; 2. intolerant or with an allergy to the study drug; 3. history of nasopharyngeal surgery; 4. nasal malformation; 5. nasal tissue hyperplasia; 6. nasal bleeding and coagulopathy; 7. pregnancy.
