Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with aortic dissection: aged 18 years and older; patients with a diagnosis of aortic dissection. healthy: aged 18 years and older; no history of somatic,mental and endocrine diseases; no history of drug or alcohol abuse; not take any medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with other serious diseases and cannot fulfill the follow.
