Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 2-12 years; 2. ASA I or II; 3. Symptoms of OSA were inconsistent with the results of existing examinations (such as nasopharyngeal lateral X-ray, polysomnography, etc.),and children with residual OSA who had a history of adenoidectomy and/or tonsillectomy 4. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The children with a recent history of upper respiratory infections and allergies to ketamine and other drugs were excluded.
