Interventions

Group 1:Antidepressant+ Serine treatment (Two tablets, 1 g per day)
Group 2:Antidepressant + placebo, Take a placebo once a day for 9 months
Group 3:No antidepressant with placebo group

Age
45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged between 45 and 55 years; (2) Perimenopause or menopause (change in regularity of menses in past 12 month, or no period in past 12 month); (3) Participant with a whole uterus and at least one ovary; (4) Using antidepressants such as fluoxetine and desipramine in the last 1 month, but less than 3 months and will continue to take antidepressants during the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With other major diseases include severe diabetes, coronary vascular disease and malignant tumors, renal failure; prior fracture or osteoporosis; used estrogen or other medications known to affect ovarian function.
