Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma or esophageal adenocarcinoma; 2.CT or endoscopic ultrasound guides that esophageal caner TNM staging is stage III or stage IV, and the lesion should be protruded; 3.No surgery or external radiotherapy indications, or patients refusing the therapy mentioned above; 4.There is a suitable puncture route; 5.Fitness score(Karnofsky score) =50; 6.Life expectancy is more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Esophageal fistula; 2.Severe hemorrhagic tendency; 3.Unable to tolerate anesthesia or endoscopic ultrasound operation; 4.Unable to cooperate or quit midway; 5.Combined with other organs dysfunction.
