Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 55 years, ASA class?-?, patients scheduled for elective hysteroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, cardiac dysfunction (ejection fraction 150 µmol/l), preoperative opioids use, neurological disorder, diabetes, morbid obesity (body mass index > 30), history of chronic pain, drugs or alcohol abuse.
