Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome

Interventions

Guilin compound group:Take the "Guilan Compound" from the date of taking the eggs twice a day for 5 to 7 days.
Placebo group:Take a placebo twice daily from the date of taking the eggs for 5 to 7 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High-risk patients with OHSS: E2>3500 pg/ml on day of HCG injection, or number of retrieved oocytes =20; voluntarily participate and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with hypertension, diabetes and other related diseases, combined with basic diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction, or other serious internal surgery complications.
