Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender; 2. Definition of airway hypersecretory symptoms: 24 hours sputum volume greater than or equal to 10 ml, cough and expectoration score greater than or equal to 4 points; 3. There was no recent history of thoracoabdominal surgery. 4. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with active bleeding, pneumothorax, or other major systemic diseases; 2. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the researcher; 3. If the condition is serious or the vital signs are unstable; 4. Those who are allergic to bronchodilators; 5. Other clinicians judge that it is not appropriate to take part in rehabilitation training.
