Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-80 years who underwent elective open surgery under general anesthesia; (2) ASA grade I-III; (3) Voluntary participation in research and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation and ventricular premature beats), history of myocardial infarction, history of cardiac surgery, heart failure (EF 15%; (5) Central nervous system diseases or surgical history; (6) Those who are nervous and unable to cooperate, or who suffer from mental illness, lack of self-control and can not express clearly; (7) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
