Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men or women, aged 20 to 28 years, BMI of 18–24, Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antibiotics and other drugs modify the composition of gut microbiota or pro/prebiotics within 3 month before starting the study, use of pro/prebiotics (as a dietary supplement) within 6 weeks before starting the study, presence of chronic or intestinal disease,pregnancy, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption (more than 20g alcohol/g).
