Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sinusitis, nasal polyp, deviation of nasal septum, hypertrophy of tonsil, tonsillar hypertrophy, lymphatic tissue hyperplasia at the root of tongue, some patients with endocrine diseases such as hypothyroidism, acromegaly, adrenal cortex hyperplasia, and patients taking drugs affecting insulin sensitivity.
