Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 40 to 75 years; ? The patients with Parkinson's disease who meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition) and are confirmed by two doctors at the level of associate chief physician or above; ? Parkinson's disease was diagnosed as Parkinson's disease more than 1 year, and effective treatment, and Parkinson's disease was evaluated as gait disorder type (PIGD); ? The normal hearing, vision and cognitive ability; ? Before the test, the subjects will be informed of the test purpose, benefits, process and possible accidents, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? All kinds of secondary Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, drug-derived, tumor, vascular, toxic, hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinson's syndrome. ? Other diseases causing gait disorders, including spinal joint injuries, muscle spasm, stroke, peripheral neuropathy, muscle disease, hydrocephalus, cognitive impairment, etc.; ? The patients accompanied by important organ (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.) failure, malignant tumor, unstable condition and other serious medical diseases. ? The patients have serious behavioral problems or mental disorders; ? The patients do not cooperate with the medicine, inspection and training.
