A group(in situ preservation group):In situ preserve the two parathyroid glands with adequate blood supply found during the operation
B group(autotransplanation group):Autotransplant the two parathyroid glands with adequate blood supply found during the operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indications for thyroid gland lobectomy + isthmusectomy /+ single central lymph node dissection; 2. Preoperative examination indicates blood PTH and blood calcium are normal; 3. Only two parathyroid glands were found in the affected side during the operation, and their blood supply is adequate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected parathyroid adenoma and confirmed parathyroid adenoma during surgery (including patients with accidental parathyroid adenoma); 2. Pregnancy or lactating women; 3. Preoperative urinary system color Doppler prompts urinary calculi; 4. Preoperative electrocardiogram indicates abnormalities; 5. The operator cannot be tolerated for various reasons; 6. Poor compliance and are difficult to follow up for a long time; 7.Doctors think it is an unsuitable situation for patient.
