Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, gender is not limited; 2. Patients of grade I, II and III internal hemorrhoids accompanied by bleeding or prolapse; 3. Subjects voluntarily sign written informed consents; 4. Good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who received sclerotherapy or Xiaozhiling injection within three months before the trial; 2. Patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoids or thrombosis; 3. Complicated with anal fistula, anal fistula and intestinal cancer; patients with other malignant tumors; 4. Patients with other diseases or using other drugs that may interfere with the evaluation of efficacy or safety of drugs in the clinical trial; 5. Received other clinical trials within 6 months before the start of the trial; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Researchers argue that those who should not be included.
