Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. from January 2018 to January 2019, all heart failure patients hospitalized in eicu of our hospital; 2. aged > 18 years; 3. the diagnosis conforms to the standards of the "guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in China 2014".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pulmonary fibrosis, large amount of pleural effusion, serious emphysema, pleurisy, history of pneumonectomy or lobectomy, lung cancer, breast prosthesis; 2. pregnancy.
