2:1ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine for intercostal nerve block
3:Intercostal nerve block with ropivacaine alone + intravenous 1ug/kg dexmedetomidine
4:0.4ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine for intercostal nerve block
5:0.6ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine for intercostal nerve block
6:0.8ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine for intercostal nerve block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing elective surgery for ear reconstruction with rib cartilage (5-12 years old); 2. Body mass index BMI (19-25); 3. Children with normal understanding, clear language expression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness; 2. Patients with other diseases who need long-term painkillers; 3. Patients with local anesthesia allergy; 4. Patients with hearing and vision impairments who are difficult to communicate; 5. Bradycardia (positive atropine test).
