Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical symptoms were stable, cardiac function was grade II-IV (NYHA classification), LVEF was less than 40%, and drug treatment was optimized (there was no drug adjustment in the first two weeks of the study and during the course of the study).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unstable angina, ventricular arrhythmia, unstable hemodynamics, intermittent claudication, implantation of cardiac pacemaker, chronic bronchopulmonary disease. No lower limb fracture, joint degeneration or joint instability were confirmed by radiology and clinical examination.
