Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded I or II, with an age range of 50-70 years and a BMI of no more than 30 kg/m2; (2) The preoperative lung function test is basically normal; (3) No radiotherapy before surgery, no long-term use of adrenal function drugs, diazepam, anti-sympathetic drugs and antipsychotic drugs; (4) Able to correctly understand the VAS score and use a vein-controlled analgesia pump.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Spinal deformity, erector spinae plane occupying lesions; (2) Those infected with puncture site or with empyema; (3) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) Those with high blood pressure grade II or above, suffering from severe circulatory diseases and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) Refusal to participate and unable to cooperate.
