Rehabilitation group:Use opepvalve for respiratory muscle exercise and lower extremity exercise + conventional therapy

Control group:conventional therapy

40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is 40 to 80 years old, regardless of sex; 2. The surgery way was lobectomia pulmonalis; 3. There was no history of heart disease such as heart rate disorder, myocardial infarction and so on before operation. 4.There is no limit to pulmonary ventilation function. 5. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Second operation; 2. Complicated with active bleeding, or other major systemic diseases; 3. Those who were unable to cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation training; 4. Other clinicians judged that it was not appropriate to take part in rehabilitation training.
