Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with T2DM, and aged = 18 years; (2) Participants or a family member living together were literate and had a mobile phone; (3) Clear consciousness and normal thinking; (4) Provided informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to complete the questionnaire because of serious illness.
