Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy volunteers, right handedness, aged 18-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: be complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental illness,tumour, severe systemic diseases; have history of dexmedetomidine allergy, history of head trauma, claustrophobia, metal implants in vivo; obesity, thicker tattooed eyebrows, dyed the hair in two weeks; during pregnancy preparation period, gestational period or suckling period.
