Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Parkinson's disease (PD) was diagnosed clinically according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of the International Society of Motor Disability (MDS) in 2015. (2) Aged 18 to 80 years; (3) At least one year after the disease was determined; (4) H and Y stages were less than 4 stages; (5) The patient has the ability to answer questionnaires involved in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Parkinson's syndrome caused by toxins, drugs, metabolism and ischemic-brain injury or patients with Parkinson's plus syndrome should be excluded; (2) Those who suffered from severe brain injury or complicated craniotomy in the first half of the year before admission; (3) Those who was not fit to receive colonoscopy for Complicating with serious systemic diseases (cardiopulmonary diseases), consciousness disorders, stroke, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases; (4) There was a history of intracranial hemorrhage or cerebral infarction within 3 months. (5) Complicated with intestinal or colon diseases. (6) Those who cannot completed reviewers in accordance with the requirements of the research program.
