65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patient aged 65-100 years; ? BMI<35; ? ASA I-III ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with multiple fracture; ? Patients with disease of inferior vena cava and can not be evaluated by ultrasound; ? Patients with pneumothorax and high intra-abdominal pressure; ? Patients who have currently taken angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker were also excluded; ? Other conditions that the investigators consider unsuitable for participation in the study, such as deaf, Parkinson's disease, and difficult to communication etc.; ? Patients with moderate and severe valve disease, ejection fraction less than 55% and patients with implanted pacemaker; ? Preoperative acute respiratory failure (Inhale air PaO2 < 60mmHg or SpO2 < 90%); ? Patients with preoperative delirium and cerebral infarction or hemorrhage within three months; ? Patients with shock; ? Patients refused to cooperate.
