Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with tracheotomies weaning form mechanical ventilation in ICU (age > 18 years old) ,and meet the following conditions: (1) Tracheal tube is balloon cannula; (2) Need oxygen therapy > 24h; (3) Signing informed consent; (4) Expected retention of tracheotomy catheter for more than 14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with one lung ventilation; (2) Pregnancy, end-stage cancer patients; (3) Airway hemorrhage; (4) History of airway injury, lung trauma and lung surgery; (5) Low body temperature (< 35 C) and restrictive insufficiency of body fluids.
