18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According with the diagnostic criteria of depression; (2) Aged between 18 to 75 years; (3) Scores of HAMD-17 over 17; (4) Understanding content of scales, finishing the scales with the help of investigators at least; (5) Willing to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having accepted other anti-depressive treatments or stopped within 1 month; (2) Having a history of psychiatric disease, personality disorder or brain injury/diseases; (3) Having severe diseases such as coronary heart disease, infectious disease, immune deficiency etc.; (4) Severe depression patients easy to commit suicide; (5) Cannot finishing the trial according to the requirements.
