Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) gestational aged < 32 weeks; (2) hospitalization time more than two weeks;(3)admitted to hospital within 24 hours after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) congenital malformation or genetic metabolic disease; (2) undergoing various surgical procedures (excluding those enrolled receiving surgery because of NEC);(3) interruption of treatment or automatic discharge.
