Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged =60 years; According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis issued by the Chinese medical association (2018 edition), patients who are diagnosed as osteoarthritis with TKA surgery are treated; Preoperative blood routine examination and normal hemoglobin (hemoglobinHb)= 90 g/L; The coagulation function was normal before operation; Preoperative color doppler ultrasound of lower limbs showed no deep vein thrombosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with infectious diseases; For those who are using cholinergic or adrenal drugs; Fat person; People with diabetes; Severe anemia; Congestive heart failure and coagulation dysfunction; Severe damage to kidney and liver; Those with metabolic diseases or respiratory diseases; Those who are allergic to the anesthetic.
