Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? aged 1.5-3 years, weight 9.7-20Kg; ? X-ray showed complete dislocation of the hip joint, unilateral iliopsoas muscle adductor muscle release + Salter pelvic osteotomy + hip open reduction + tibia osteotomy + Femoral rotation osteotomy + hemifacial hernia external fixation. ? ASA (anaesthesia level) I-II level; ? did not receive analgesic pump treatment; ? no history of chronic pain opioids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? severe congenital heart disease untreated; ? known opioids and non-steroidal drugs allergic; ? neuropsychiatric dysfunction; ? sleep apnea syndrome; ? children with family communication dysfunction; ? children expression Children with severe abnormalities or who the doctor believes are not suitable for clinical studies.
