18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese patients underwent undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery with aged 18 to 50 years, and BMI >= 35 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not tolerate general anesthesia, such as allergic to general anesthesia or ASA3/4; 2. Nervous blockade contraindications, such as coagulopathy or peripheral infection; 3. Lidocaine contraindications; 4. Patients who refused to receive systemic lidocaine or TAP; 5. Sinus bradycardia, Second degree atrioventricular block; 6. Chronic pain; 7. History of drug abuse; 8. Mental illness, Communication obstacles; 9. Laparoscopy changed to open surgery; 10. Surgical duration >= 5 hours.
