Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are going to undergo bimaxillary surgery (maxillary Lefort I osteotomy + mandibular sagittal split osteotomy and chin plastic surgery);aged > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Syndrome related to jaw deformity, trauma, tumor, cleft lip and palate and other secondary maxillofacial deformities; pregnant women; patients who could not understand the questionnaire.
