Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with acute respiratory diseases, atopy, other allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, allergic subjects, conjunctivitis and allergic dermatitis are excluded; 2) diagnosed lung cancer, bronchiectasis, diffuse lung disease (interstitial pneumonia, occupational lung disease, sarcoidosis, etc.), central airway stenosis; 3) Tuberculosis: active tuberculosis, old tuberculosis affects lung function (such as chronic fibrovascular tuberculosis, lung damage, tuberculous pleurisy caused by extensive pleural hypertrophy; 4) have undergone lobectomy and / or lung transplantation, pleural disease; 5) Known serious, uncontrollable diseases (including severe mental illness, mental retardation, neurological disease, malignancy, chronic liver disease, heart failure, autoimmune disease, chronic kidney disease) and/or possible Those who died during the March research cycle; 6) Very severe COPD patients with GOLD class IV; 7) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
