Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) DDH patients were over 18 years old; (2) the stage of hip osteoarthritis was stage Tonnis III; (3) unilateral THA;(4) preoperative hip joint pain and limited activity, serious impact on the quality of daily life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with sequela of cerebral infarction and other neurological diseases affect limb muscle strength; (2) surgical revision due to infection and traumatic fractures around the prosthesis; (3) previous hip preservation treatment such as periacetabular osteotomy; (4) previously suffered from hip fracture (including conservative treatment and surgical treatment); (5) combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders and other major medical diseases.
